A natural living placeholder
In partnership with real estate company Tobin Properties, we developed the strategy for the residential project K1. The concept was inspired by a vision to create not only homes but communities naturally integrated with their surroundings.
With nature in focus
For the concept, we placed emphasis on the scenic location. One side of the properties overlooked an untouched, forest-clad mountain, while the other side boasted an exceptional view of Saltsjön and the Stockholm inlet.
A successful launch
Our work included everything from strategy, design and web development to online and place marketing for the new area. The campaign reached significant attention, and the first phase sold out just a few days after the sales launch.
